Is there a contract commitment when hiring the tool?
There is no commitment. You can cancel at any time and the tool will remain active until the end of the contracted period. Upon cancellation, data is 100% deleted from the environment.
How do I configure the Chatbot?
You receive access to our material (video classes) presenting routines, practices and ready-made robots so you and your team can quickly take advantage of the Chatbot and customize your own robots. If you prefer personalized training, we have mentoring and consulting programs.
Do I need to hire a new number? WhatsApp Business, Personal or WhatsApp Cloud API?
You can use your own number without the complexity of hiring a new WhatsApp number. Just connect via QR code your Personal or Business WhatsApp with the Chatbot service to start synchronization. If you prefer WhatsApp Cloud API, we can help you configure the account and create or migrate your current number to the Meta account.
Can I include the entire company?
Yes. The number of users is unlimited and you can include your entire team. Messages will be sent from the number connected to the platform.
Can I include multiple numbers?
Each subscription already includes one WhatsApp number connection. You can hire additional connections for $27 to manage additional WhatsApp numbers, as well as channels like Instagram, email, Facebook, live chat.
What happens if I stop paying the tool's monthly fee?
Our system evaluates daily subscriptions that have pending charges and sends an automatic message to the account administrator with the link for regularization. There will be 3 attempts, in case of no response or formal cancellation request, the subscription will be cancelled and all account data 100% deleted.
Does my computer need to stay on or with the browser open for the robot to work?
No. After scanning the platform's QR Code, your WhatsApp will be connected and it won't be necessary to keep anything open. Even your phone doesn't need to stay connected to the Internet or turned on for the system to function normally.
Do you set everything up for me, deliver it ready or just guide me on how to do it?
